General Contraindications (apply to most treatments):
– Active cold sores, infections, or open wounds in the treatment area
– Recent sunburn or excessive sun exposure
– Recent laser treatments or chemical peels
– Use of Roaccutane or similar acne medication within the past 6–12 months
– Active eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in the treatment area
– Uncontrolled diabetes or bleeding disorders
– Use of blood-thinning medication
– Pregnancy or breastfeeding (depending on treatment type)
– Recent cosmetic injectables (please disclose dates and type)
Facials / Skin Treatments:
– Active skin infections (bacterial, viral, or fungal)
– Severe acne with cysts or nodules
– Recent facial surgery or trauma
– Allergies to active skincare ingredients
– Use of topical retinoids in the last 72 hours
Waxing (Face & Body):
– Sunburn or irritation in the area
– Recent use of retinoids, AHA/BHA acids, or Roaccutane
– Open cuts, rashes, or skin sensitivity
– Recent laser hair removal on the area
Lash Extensions, Lifts & Brow Treatments:
– Eye infections (e.g., conjunctivitis, styes)
– Recent eye surgery
– Allergies to lash glue or tinting products
– Skin sensitivity or irritation around the eyes
– Pregnancy can prevent lash lift results | lash extension retention
Permanent Makeup (PMU):
– Pregnancy or breastfeeding
– Blood-borne viruses (please inform us for safety protocols)
– Active skin conditions in the brow/lip area
– Keloid scarring history
– Recent Botox or fillers in the area (wait 2-3 weeks)
– Use of blood thinners
